FROM BENCHMARK TO BENCH

Move the idea forward.
Keep the evidence close.

01

Understand the benchmark

Save a hair-care or skincare product’s claims and INCI list. Explore possible supplier grades and keep evidence with your shortlist.

02

Develop your starting point

Compare supplier references, select ingredients, and organize your formula into phases.

03

Put it to the test

Capture category-specific sensory feedback, stability observations, and PET records against a specific revision.

04

Refine with context

Review the results alongside your sources and decide what to change next.

MORE CONTEXT. LESS TAB SWITCHING.

Your research belongs
beside your formula.

Bring supplier examples, ingredient information, and patent references into the same research workflow.

Find your starting point

Supplier formulations

Explore hair-care and skincare references, including the expanded Croda collection. Filter by category, supplier, and product type.

Ingredients & sourcing

Find ingredients by function, connect supplier grades, and review flagged identities with their original sources.

Patent references

Browse company-grouped documents to support your research and further investigation.

Supplier documents and patents remain reference material. Inclusion does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

OBSERVATION

A related supplier formula uses a different conditioning system.

NEXT EXPERIMENT

Compare the reference with your draft, then test a controlled revision for detangling and residue.

Supplier reference → published formula

A SECOND LOOK AT YOUR DRAFT

Recommendations
you can investigate.

Review your saved formula alongside related supplier examples, patents, and lab feedback. Follow a suggestion back to the supporting material.

  • Keep published percentages separate from estimates.
  • See which revision the lab feedback belongs to.
  • Use your chemist’s judgment to choose the next experiment.

The current review assistant compares recorded evidence using rules. Suggestions are starting points for evaluation.

FROM FIRST DRAFT TO LAB EVIDENCE

Keep the work connected.

Build phase by phase

Organize ingredients into phases, calculate batch quantities, and develop your next iteration.

Keep the revision trail

Save formula versions with notes so your team can follow what changed and why.

Put results beside the formula

Record stability observations, preservative testing, and feedback against the relevant revision.

Start with a stronger reference

Explore ingredient functions and supplier formulations, then create a trial in your own workspace.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you step
into the lab.

How do I get access?

Submit the request below for individual or team access. Requests are reviewed manually. If approved, you will receive an email with a private activation link.

Can other companies see our formulas?

Workspaces are separate from one another. Teammates share their company workspace. The Inciary owner can review workspace content and activity to administer the service.

Can I export my work?

The portal includes report and data export tools, including CSV and PDF options. Available exports depend on the section and record type.

Are recommendations ready to manufacture?

No. Supplier references, benchmark hypotheses, and review suggestions support development. Your chemist must assess compatibility, preservation, stability, safety, and performance before production.
